The core activity of the College of the Resurrection is the formation of sponsored candidates for the ordained ministry. In short: we exist to form tomorrow’s priests. Living alongside a monastic house, we seek to offer an experience of grounded, prayer-centred, residential Christian community to our students, regardless of their financial circumstances.
In a climate of diminishing funding for theological education, we need to identify new sources of income and to increase our present income streams in order to continue to offer this unique experience of formation. Benefactions form an increasingly important component of our funding.
